In the intense youth sports scene, becoming a confident, healthy and happy student athlete
can be a challenge. I help students become better athletes and better people by teaching them the tools to handle sports, academics, family life and taking care of their bodies. They will experience my warmth, passion and knowledge about peak performance on the field/court/ice and in life!
